Sunday 4 August - the course officially finishes at 09:00, after breakfast. However, participants can leave the course earlier that day, to suit their travel arrangements, if they wish.

Travel costs are not included in the course fees and participants will need to make their own travel arrangements.

You can book flights from your nearest European City to Schiphol International Airport.

Participants arriving before 15:00 will be met by a member of EYMW staff who will accompany you on the train journey.

When travelling with the group, you may be able to take advantage of low cost group rail tickets, whilst being escorted to the venue .

The course finishes at 09:00, after breakfast. Staff will not accompany students back to the airport on the train as a significant number of participants travel together on their return journey. It is recommended that flights are booked no earlier than 14:00.

A direct train service from Schiphol International Airport to Akoesticum is approximately 1 hour. We encourage all participants to travel by train, if possible.

You can travel to the InterCity station of Ede-Wageningen, which is five minutes walk to Akoesticum. Once you get off the train you can immediately see the building.
